ingredients

  • 1 green apple - grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp jaggery - grated
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves - finely chopped
  • 250 g yoghurt

to serve

  • ¼ cup mint leaves - finely chopped
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves - finely chopped

instructions

  • Place the grated apple, salt, jaggery, chopped mint and coriander leaves into a bowl and mix well.
  • Add the yoghurt to the apple mix and stir well. Cover, and refrigerate for one hour or until ready to serve.

to serve

  • When ready to serve, garnish with the reserved apple and coriander leaves.
